How to export your data from Instagram

  1. Go to Instagram Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions
  2. Tap "Download your information" → "Download or transfer information"
  3. Select your account, then choose "Some of your information"
  4. Select "Followers" and "Following", tap Next
  5. Choose "Download to device", format "JSON", then create the export
  6. Once ready, download the zip, extract it, and upload the JSON files above
